University course
The main output of the project applied in practice on the part of the Czech universities involved in the project is a new semester course Deep Ecology: from Thought to Physicality, taught both at Masaryk University and Palacký University. However, as a great deal of inspiration, methods and practical experience has been gathered during the project, we plan to prepare a week-long field practicum to follow the main course in the future.
A pilot run of the course took place in the summer semester of 2023, at both universities. Each week of the semester a class was held first at Palacký University. We immediately incorporated the experience into the preparation for the same lesson in Brno. Thus, we managed to implement de facto two pilot runs and gain much more experience and feedback.
